Dharma: The
Sacred Seat of the Guru

The
first Religious-seat of honour of the Shri
Krishna Pranami Dharma - Nijanand Sampradya,i.e. the world-revered
pilgrim-spot, the Supremely Pure Shri 5, Navtanpuri Dham, is situated
in Jamnagar, Gujarat. It was established in V.S. 1687, on Kartik
Sudi Chaturdashi day, by the first Acharya, Nijanand Acharya Shri
Devchandraji Maharaj, Sadguru had started the work of preaching
and spreading of Dharma from here. After that, his chief disciple
Shri Prannathji (Meharaj Thakkar), did the work of preaching and
spreading the Dharma extensively in India and abroad. Further,
in order to make his guru's place prosperous, he initiated Shri
Kesharbai into the Mantra and bestowing blessings upon her, he
sent her in the form of the second Acharya to this place (in V.S.
1746). Beginning with Nijanand Acharya Shri Devchadraji Maharaj,
the succession of Acharyas till date, is as follows -
